Happy New Year!

Well! Happy New Year!

I celebrated it at my parents home, with enough oliebollen and appelbeignets for the coming year!

My year will start amazing, as I am going on holiday tomorrow. No more snow, but sun and beach and -hopefully- many weird adventures! 

I am really looking forward to it and I hope that everyone's year will start equally as good! And as I finalize all my posts...

Turtles hatch from an egg, that is quite commonly known.
But whether the babyturtle becomes a boy or a girl, depends on the temperature of the egg.
At a high temperature (32degrees Celsius or more) it will be a girl, at a low temperature (27degrees Celsius or less) it will become a boy.
The temperatures in between might be a boy or a girl.

What would happen if the same thing applied for humans? Every girl would be from a warm place and every guy from a colder place... That would make an odd world. Interesting though!

Weather confusion

This weather is confusing.

I am trying to pack for my holiday, but there is snow outside while I am trying to decided how many bikini's I need. 

That is luxury confusion, I agree, but still very odd. It is 27 degrees Celsius at my destination, but I find it hard to remember how that feels! Bikini, t-shirts, skirts, a few light vests for the evenings, a few thin pants for if it will be cold or if it might rain... Will that be enough? Maybe I should pack a bit more stuff... And more...

Which results in a 40kg suitcase! Ah well... Too bad!

Miniature

Why do we love miniature items? 

I just bought these miniature eau de parfum flasks, they are only 5ml each... Put them all together on the picture below. And I think that they are adorable! 

Why is that, that we -maybe just us girls, not the whole world- loves tiny things? Puppies, sprinkles and -apparently- miniature perfume bottles!

December Roses

My first article is about Roses. You might wonder why I want to write about Roses. 

The Rose is in the name of my hometown, Roosendaal. It is the most common gift of someone you love. It is a precious flower, even though Roses die after you have them long enough...

But mostly, just because they are gorgeous. The roses I added below are the ones standing at my table at this moment.

My heart wants to write and make and create photo's, so I will add things on this blog I think or wonder about. It would be amazing if you read it.
